It is understood that the launch of the Inner Mongolia Mineral Rights Supermarket is an important initiative undertaken by the Department of Natural Resources of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region to thoroughly implement the relevant decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, earnestly enforce the newly revised “Mineral Resources Law of the People’s Republic of China,” and actively respond to the spirit of the “Notice from the General Office of the Ministry of Natural Resources on Expanding Sources of Transferable Blocks to Promote a New Round of Mineral Exploration Breakthroughs.” With deepening the market-oriented reform of mineral rights as its core, and optimizing resource allocation, innovating service mechanisms, and strengthening supervision and management as key approaches, the Department of Natural Resources of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region aims to enhance the efficiency of mineral rights transfers through this platform and thereby boost the high-quality development of the region’s mining economy.

This section features four core business modules: announcements of mining rights transfers, public notices of mining rights transfer results, a platform for publishing mineable mining rights, and an online “Reading Mines” feature. Among these, the “Reading Mines” function provides intuitive and precise basic information and geographic locations of mining blocks. By promptly and centrally releasing authoritative information on mining rights that are available for transfer, currently being transferred, and already transferred, the platform comprehensively promotes the market-oriented transfer of mining rights in Inner Mongolia.
