The preparatory work for loan projects financed by international financial institutions is crucial to the quality and effectiveness of these projects. To further strengthen the preparatory work for such loan projects and enhance project management levels, and after soliciting opinions from all relevant parties, our department has drafted “Several Opinions on Further Strengthening the Preparatory Work for Loan Projects Financed by International Financial Institutions.” This document is now being circulated to your office (bureau). Please implement it accordingly. Should you encounter any issues during implementation, please notify our department in writing.
