To implement the spirit of the “Notice from the CPC Central Committee forwarding the ‘Preliminary Opinions of the Leading Group for Judicial System Reform on the Reform of the Judicial System and Working Mechanisms’” (Zhong Fa [2004] No. 21), to standardize the charging practices of legal services, and to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of both clients and law firms, the “Administrative Measures for the Charging of Legal Services” have been specially formulated. These measures are now being distributed to you; please ensure compliance in your implementation.
