The signing ceremony for the acquisition of 100% equity in Xinjiang Weifu Mining Co., Ltd., held by Alex Investment Co., Ltd., through an agreed-upon transfer, was held at 5:00 p.m. on July 14, 2022, in Xinjiang. Zijin Mining Group Northwest Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Zijin Mining Group Co., Ltd., carried out this acquisition. On behalf of Zijin Group, our company undertook the assessment of mining rights for this project.
