No. 1
In accordance with the “Administrative Licensing Law of the People’s Republic of China” and the “Decision of the State Council on Setting Administrative Licenses for Administrative Approval Items That Must Be Retained,” on June 24, 2005, the National Development and Reform Commission issued the “Administrative Measures for the Registration of Price Appraisers” (Order No. 34 of the National Development and Reform Commission). Building upon this foundation and in order to further standardize the registration process for price appraisers, the National Development and Reform Commission has decided to revise the “Administrative Measures for the Registration of Price Appraisers.” The original “Administrative Measures for the Registration of Price Appraisers” shall be repealed concurrently. The “Administrative Measures for the Registration of Price Appraisers (Revised in 2008)” are hereby promulgated and shall take effect as of the date of their promulgation.
