With Esko Mineral Resources Exploration and Development (Beijing) Co., Ltd. (Australian listed company Exco Co .. Ltd., a wholly foreign-owned enterprise established in China in 2004), Australia AMC, CSA Global Pty Ltd and other international Well-known mining consulting companies have established perennial cooperative relationships and engage in overseas or foreign-related mining consulting and evaluation projects.

 

Pioneering performance

Accepted by Baosteel Resources (International) Co., Ltd. in 2012, the company completed the assessment of iron ore resources and mineral rights involved in the Australian FGM reorganization project of Baosteel Resources (International) Co., Ltd. The project features:

(1) It is a successful case in which state-owned enterprises have engaged Chinese assessment agencies to execute overseas mining projects in accordance with Decrees 26 and 27 of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of the State Council.

(2) A project jointly completed by a Chinese assessment agency in conjunction with a well-known Australian mining consultancy (AMC Australia) and a well-known expert (JORC Chairman Peter Stoker), exploring a business model for Chinese assessment agencies to provide overseas third-party services;

(3) Through this project, Chinese and Australian experts have explored the practical operation path of standard conversion, providing cases and confidence for China-Australia cooperation in this field;

(4) Through this project, our company is familiar with the whole process of overseas practice and Australian mining policy, and has gained practice experience;

(5) The completion of this project has attracted great attention from Australian counterparts because it safeguards the legitimate rights and interests of Chinese-funded enterprises.
