On October 11, 2015, the State Council issued the "Decision of the State Council on the First Batch of Cancellation of 62 Administrative Approval Items Originally Designated by the Central Government for Implementation at the Local Level" (Guofa [2015] No. 57). Among these 62 items, five were related to land and resource management:

2. Registration of Professional Qualifications for Jewelry and Jade Quality Inspectors
3. Approval and Filing of the Valuation of Mining Rights Fees
4. Mineral water registration and filing
