In accordance with the “Interim Measures for the Registration Services of Professional Qualification Certificates for Mining Rights Appraisers” (Min Ping Xie Fa [2016] No. 30) and the “Notice on Carrying Out Relevant Work Regarding the Practice Registration of Mining Rights Appraisers” (Min Ping Xie Fa [2016] No. 33), the original “Registration Certificate for Practicing Mining Rights Appraisers of the People’s Republic of China” has been replaced by the “Practice Registration Certificate for Professional Mining Rights Appraisers of the People’s Republic of China.” This certificate serves as valid proof of qualification for engaging in mining rights appraisal activities, is valid nationwide, and features a unified numbering system.
The original “Registration Certificate for Mineral Rights Appraisers of the People’s Republic of China” became invalid as of January 1, 2017.
