The expanded meeting of the 2015 Director Committee for Overseas Mineral Development of the Zhejiang Mining Industry Association was held in Hangzhou on November 6, 2015. The meeting was attended by approximately twenty representatives from the Association’s president Pan Shengming, vice presidents Xu Chunxi and Wang Zhouping, as well as representatives from the member units of the Specialized Committee. This annual meeting was hosted by the unit affiliated with the Specialized Committee—the No. 7 Geological Brigade of Zhejiang Province—and featured a special lecture titled “Operation and Management of Overseas Mining Companies and the Development of Tietuo Mining Company,” delivered by Wang Cai Gen, a visiting professor at China University of Geosciences and an academician of the Australasian Institute of Mining and Metallurgy.

Our company’s General Manager and Vice Chairman of the Overseas Special Committee, Wang Ji, also attended the meeting. During the meeting, General Manager Wang Ji engaged in business discussions with Wang Caigen, General Manager of Tietto Minerals Pty Ltd, and the two sides reached an initial agreement on cooperation. Tietto is a mining company registered in Australia and currently holds mining rights for five gold deposits at various exploration stages in West Africa.
