According to 2015 The annual work plan includes a pre-examination training course for the qualification of price appraisers, which will be organized by the Price Appraisal and Certification Branch in Beijing. We hereby notify you of the following details regarding this year’s national pre-examination training course for the qualification of price appraisers:
I. Training Location and Time
Pre-exam training course for the National Qualification Examination for Price Appraisers, 2015 Year 6 Moon 11 day —17 Held in Beijing, lasting for 6 Heaven. 6 Moon 11 Daily report, 6 Moon 17 day 14 Check out before the designated time. II. Target Participants
1 Individuals working at price certification agencies at all levels who plan to take the examination for the qualification of Price Appraiser;
2 Individuals working at various social price appraisal agencies who intend to take the examination for the qualification of Price Appraiser;
3 Individuals working at price authorities at all levels, price industry associations, and relevant enterprises and institutions who plan to take the examination for the qualification of Price Appraiser.
II. Training Content
According to the requirements of the examination syllabus, the following subjects are covered: "Basic Theories of Economics and Pricing," "Fundamentals of Law," "Pricing Policies and Regulations," "Theory and Practice of Price Appraisal," and "Case Analysis of Price Appraisal." 2010 (Annual Edition) provides comprehensive review and guidance on the core content of the five exam subjects, along with analysis of past exam questions, helping participants understand and master the key and challenging areas of the exam and enhancing their test-taking skills.
III. Related Fees
1 Training fees: Different fee standards will be applied depending on the specific training courses participants enroll in. Specifically, for those attending only one course: 250 Yuan, tuition for two courses. 500 Yuan, tuition for three courses. 700 Yuan, tuition for four courses. 850 Yuan, tuition for five courses. 1000 Each course has a different-colored student ID card, which is distributed when tuition fees are collected. Entry to classes is permitted only upon presentation of the student ID card.
2 Accommodation and meal expenses: Accommodation and meals will be arranged uniformly, at a cost of per person per day. 260 Yuan.
