Director Zhang Dawei introduced the background and progress of the national mineral resource reserve technical standards system construction project, with a particular focus on the project’s key objectives and expected outcomes. He emphasized that the research should adhere to the principles of inheritance, simplicity, and interoperability, providing a reference for establishing information disclosure rules for China’s mineral reserve capital market. He also stressed the need to accelerate the pace of the research and promptly produce the alignment documents. He encouraged everyone to actively participate and contribute their wisdom and support to the project.
In his speech, Director Sun Feng briefly introduced the Northwest Nonferrous Metals Bureau’s development history, its main business areas, and the current distribution of its industries. Director Sun noted that Baoji is the birthplace of China’s metrology and standards system, making it highly meaningful to hold the standards seminar here.
