Ministry of Finance (Investment Review Center), Finance Departments (Bureaus) of all provinces, autonomous regions, directly-administered municipalities, and cities under separate planning: 　 ?  

To guide the financial departments and fiscal investment review agencies in carrying out fiscal investment review work, standardize fiscal investment review practices, and enhance the efficiency of fiscal investment review, our ministry has revised certain provisions of the “Interim Regulations on the Administration of Fiscal Investment Review” (Cai Jian [2001] No. 591). We are now issuing these revised regulations to you; please comply accordingly. Should you encounter any issues during implementation, please provide timely feedback.
