(1) Domestic enterprises listing directly overseas (IPO)—in the form of H-shares, N-shares, and S-shares. Corporate entities from mainland China can directly obtain overseas listings by issuing shares for the first time in Hong Kong (referred to as H-shares), in New York (referred to as N-shares), or in Singapore (referred to as S-shares).
(2) Foreign companies involving equity interests within China directly list overseas (in the form of IPOs or red-chip shares), with legal entities or other equity-affiliated companies outside mainland China directly or indirectly holding equity interests or asset rights in mainland Chinese enterprises, and having already directly listed overseas (primarily in Hong Kong).
(3) Listing via Acquisition of a Shell Company Abroad / Reverse Merger with a Corporate Entity in Mainland China or Outside Mainland China
(4) Overseas spin-off listings of domestic A-share listed companies
(5) Depositary Receipts (DRs) and Convertible Bonds (CBs)
(6) H-shares, S-shares, and ADRs/GDRs are being relisted in China to issue A-shares.
(7) Red-chip stocks that have a China-themed concept and are already listed in Hong Kong can return to the Chinese mainland securities market to issue A-shares.
