To further advance the work of rectifying and closing coal mines across various regions and ensure timely completion of the tasks assigned by the state for the three-year period following the 11th Five-Year Plan (2008-2010) regarding the rectification and closure of small coal mines, we have studied and formulated the “Administrative Measures for Special Funds from the Central Finance for the Rectification and Closure of Small Coal Mines.” These measures are now being circulated to you; please comply with them accordingly.
