Zhongtonghua was established at the end of 2007 through a strategic merger of the former Asset Appraisal Department of Zhongrui Huahengxin Certified Public Accountants, the former Asset Appraisal Department of Yuehua Certified Public Accountants, and the former Beijing Dewei Asset Appraisal Co., Ltd. It is an independent asset appraisal firm with a registered capital of 10 million yuan and holds qualifications granted by the Ministry of Finance and the China Securities Regulatory Commission for securities and futures-related appraisals, as well as nationwide qualifications for land valuation and real estate valuation.
Since its establishment, Zhongtonghua has continuously expanded and grown in size, with steadily increasing business revenues.
