Finance Departments (Bureaus) of Provinces, Autonomous Regions, and Directly-Administered Municipalities:

To strengthen and standardize the management of professional risk funds for asset valuation agencies and to improve the mechanism for safeguarding professional liability of such agencies, our ministry has formulated the “Administrative Measures for Professional Risk Funds of Asset Valuation Agencies.” These measures are now being circulated to you; please comply with them accordingly. Should you encounter any issues during implementation, please promptly report them to our ministry.
