To further improve the work of entrusted investment consulting and evaluation, strengthen the scientific and democratic nature of investment decision-making, and enhance the quality and efficiency of investment consulting and evaluation, our Commission has revised the “Administrative Measures for Entrusted Investment Consulting and Evaluation by the National Development and Reform Commission” (NDRC Investment [2004] No. 1973, hereinafter referred to as the “Measures”). We are now issuing the revised “Measures” to you; please implement them accordingly.
