The National Energy Administration has learned that, in order to accelerate the development of an intelligent standard system for coal mines and foster the growth of new-quality productive forces, the National Energy Administration recently drafted and issued the “Guidelines for Building an Intelligent Standard System for Coal Mines” (hereinafter referred to as the “Construction Guidelines”).
　　The “Guidelines for Construction” propose that by 2025, a preliminary coal mine intelligent standard system—characterized by a reasonable structure, clear hierarchy, distinct categorization, and scientific openness—will be established to meet the basic needs of coal mine intelligentization. By 2030, the coal mine intelligent standard system will be essentially complete, with a relatively comprehensive set of standards developed for various stages including intelligent coal mine design, shaft construction, production, management, operation and maintenance, and evaluation.
　　The “Construction Guidelines” primarily comprise five sub-systems of standards: basic general standards, information infrastructure standards, platform and software standards, production systems and technological equipment standards, and operation, maintenance, and management standards. The National Energy Administration will study the establishment of a standardization organization in the field of intelligent coal mining and give priority support to such initiatives when proposing annual energy and coal industry standards. It will also organize relevant standardization management agencies and standards committees within the coal industry to conduct research and promote the formulation and revision of national, industry, and group standards for intelligent coal mining. Furthermore, it will facilitate the commercialization of research outcomes by encouraging coal industry enterprises and research institutions to accelerate collaborative innovation in intelligent coal mining technologies, promote the application of key scientific and technological achievements, and expedite the two-way alignment between domestic and international standards.
